Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi QC CIVIL & STRUCTURAL di kantor PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara untuk daerah Sumbawa Barat & Nusa Tenggara Barat atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Teknik Sipil/Struktural (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities, including civil works (concrete, roads, drainage) and architectural elements (buildings, finishing work repairs).

  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and monitor equipment needed to meet project schedules and milestones.

  • Conduct safety briefing and risk assessments.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

  • Coordinate with other departments regarding the project’s activity needs.

  • Interpret and ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, quality and company standards.

  • Provide technical solutions to address on-site construction challenges.

  • Ensure all disciplinary aspects are met so that the project’s functional and operational aspects able to run properly.

  • Allocate materials, tools/equipment, and labor efficiently.

  • Monitor inventory and requisition necessary materials.

  • Ensure construction quality align with company and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and department heads.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of civil and architectural construction methods, materials, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Familiar with mining infrastructure and residential facilities and their unique requirements.

  • Be able to supervise civil and architectural construction activities according to project scope and standards

  • Certification in Construction Supervision or Project Management is a plus.

  • Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
