About the role

Join the dynamic, fast-paced team at Runamuk as the Cafe & Wellness Hub Manager. In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Run training, Recovery facilities and Cafe, ensuring exceptional, engaging customer experiences and the successful delivery of healthy offerings. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant location of Pererenan, Bali.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the 60-seat Cafe, Run Training and Recovery Area teams, providing effective coaching, training and performance management

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Oversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of wellness services and cafe operations

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards

• Manage inventory, procurement and budgets for the wellness centre and cafe

• Foster a positive, guest-centric culture within the wellness centre and cafe teams

• Collaborate with the broader management team to align wellness and dining offerings with the overall brand vision

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role within the hospitality or wellness industry

• Healthy living & a passion for running are going to be an advantage to the successful applicant.

• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence

• Strong understanding of Wellness or Gym services, as well as food and beverage operations

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to foster a guest-centric culture

• Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
