• Reporting to Brand Manager
• Assist in organising of events, exhibitions and campaigns
• To explore all possibilities in creating creative and interactive design content that inspires, informs and captivates consumers.
• Conceptualise and produce design works for print and digital media (eg. brochures, posters, packaging, EDMs, and motion graphics for social media postings).
• Creator for social media creative content and scheduling that aims to increase and elevate brand presence online
• Track and monitor social media’s performance on a timely manner to determine areas for social media improvement
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies on social media campaigns to increase page followers, likes and engagements
• Prepare and submit social media performance report
• Conceptualise, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
• Work alongside with sales team to plan and execute promotions through various channels

Profile

Fluency in writing and speaking in Bahasa and English is a must. The successful candidate must also have excellent planning management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally.

• Candidate should possess at least a minimum Diploma in Art/Design or related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields of marketing is required for this position
• Having experience as a copywriter is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Well versed in graphic design including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Strong eye for graphic design and typography
• Basic knowledge in print production and requirements
• Resourceful with good attention to detail
• Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
