JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Human Resource Management, Education, or Psychology;

  2. 2-4 years of experience in training and talent development management within a Chinese-funded enterprise, with preference given to candidates possessing experience in training system development, full-process operation of training projects, and talent pipeline construction;

  3. Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and talent development policies to ensure compliance of training work;

  4. Able to use Chinese or English (at least one) as a working language;

  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and able to use training management systems or online learning platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Planning and training system framework, and considering Indonesian cultural characteristics and the development needs of Indonesian employees, be responsible for building and implementing the training system for Indonesian employees;

  2. Lead the annual training needs survey for Indonesian employees, accurately identify skill gaps and employee development needs through interviews, questionnaires, performance data analysis, etc., write training needs analysis reports, and formulate annual training plans for Indonesian employees accordingly;

  3. Be responsible for the entire process of implementing and carrying out training projects for Indonesian employees, including training course development, coordination of internal and external instructors, training organization and on-site execution, ensuring the orderly conduct of training;

  4. Responsible for the daily management and execution of the talent pipeline program for Indonesian employees, including recording their growth, implementing talent inventory, and generating talent inventory reports to provide data support for key talent reserves;

  5. Responsible for training effectiveness evaluation and review, using methods such as post-training tests, behavior tracking, and performance correlation analysis to evaluate the actual effect of training programs on employee capability improvement and business empowerment, generate evaluation reports and propose optimization suggestions, and continuously iterate training content and format;

  6. Build and maintain a training resource library for Indonesian employees, including localized course materials, a pool of instructors, and training tool templates.
