Role Summary:

An exciting and challenging vacancy has become available at Pedersen & Partners – Research Associate, based in Indonesia.

The Global Research Centre is an internal function, offering the support to Consultants and offices of Pedersen & Partners around the world. Being a member of the Global Research Team, the Research Associate will primarily support the Asia Pacific region but will also have exposure to other geographies as global footprint of Pedersen & Partners provides excellent opportunities for cross-border collaborations.

The role of a Research Associate is very diverse, giving the chance to have a real impact on project execution and a great way to get to know our business inside out and use this opportunity as a stepping-stone into the world of high-class Executive Search.

As a Research Associate, you will provide first-class research and execution support to our senior Executive Search colleagues. From market research to candidates’ identification, approach, and interviewing, all the way through to handling the project deliverables, the work performed will be vital to the successful delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, identify executives, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates for Executive Search assignments through the internal firm network, external resources, and market outreach.
• Conduct first level screening and assessment of potential candidates.
• Prepare talent mapping and reports related to the Executive Search process.
• Assist senior professionals with administrative tasks and maintaining databases in accordance with the company’s standards.

Profile:

• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• University Degree preferable in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
• Recruitment/executive search experience is preferred but is not a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient computer (MS applications) skills.
• Dynamic with good time management skills, high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Team player, hardworking and committed to delivering results.
• Dedicated, passionate and fast learner with a strong willingness to learn.
