Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Onboarding/ Launch Specialist di kantor PT Mindo Small Business Solutions untuk domisili DI Yogyakarta serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Manajemen Program & Proyek (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 3.100.000 - Rp 4.100.000.

We’re seeking a proactive Onboarding & Launch Specialist to play a key role in activating new clients on our OTA platform. You’ll be the first point of contact to guide them from setup and integration to launch, ensure their listings go live smoothly, while delivering measurable value to our clients from day one.

Your mission? Ensure every new client feels confident, supported, and ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from account setup and product configuration to go-live support; via call & emails.

  • Ensure all partner data, content, and pricing are accurately uploaded and optimized for launch.

  • Coordinate and negotiate with property cleaning and maintenance vendors to ensure clients’ properties meet platform quality standards prior to launch.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Account Manager and Support teams) to deliver a frictionless client launch experience.

  • Proactively address potential roadblocks.

  • Gather partner feedback to continuously enhance our onboarding process and tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English skills – strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error-free responses, and a neutral accent.

  • Experience preferred – 1+ years of experience in account onboarding, client success, or customer service, preferably in a B2B SaaS, OTA,  or travel tech environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude — Quick to learn new software & comfortable working with dashboards, CRMs, APIs, and partner data systems.

  • Problem solver – Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.

  • Client-focused – Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifting system.

  • Flexible location – willing to work in Yogyakarta.
