We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Staff to coordinate our human resource life cycle at our manufacturing operations in Semarang facility. The HR Staff’s responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of human resource operations, such as recruitment, talent management, competency improvement, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relation, employee relation and documentation to ensure our operations run smoothly, efficiently and safely, align with company visions mission and strategic goal, recruit the right person with maintaining high quality standards and low costs and optimizing efficiency, as well as, using sustainable practices as standards used by best-in-class companies in the industry. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes. One of your important functions is to develop and inspire your team to grow and develop into capable professional leaders. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Role and Responsibilities
· Prescreening and interviewing applicants before providing a shortlist to company executives to interview
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization
· Promote a positive work environment by fostering strong employee relations and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
· Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
· Organize and conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
· Administer and manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
· Stay updated on market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases or HRIS Program.
· Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
· Experienced in human resource process in manufacturing by foreign or western companies in Indonesia
· Proven experience in leading, motivating, and coordinating with employees at all levels
· Results driven with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and targets
· Hands-on experienced in implementing continuous improvement programs and utilizing Six Sigma tools, methodologies and related continuous improvement tools, in similar manufacturing environment, which includes analyzing, organizing and leading in implementing a continuous improvement program at a facility, will be considered as strong advantage
· A dynamic person with personal initiative, people oriented with strong people focused values
· An energetic self-starter who thrives on building and changing an organization
· Effective communication skills with the capacity to succinctly convey ideas, primarily in English (basic Chinese as secondary language an advantage).
· Ability to use good verbal and written communication skills to interact, inspire and collaborate effectively with staff and team members at all levels at this facility in Bahasa and English with our foreign staff of all levels also (ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a big advantage)

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, human resource management or relevant field required (relevant advanced degree an advantage).
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position with foreign owned factory in Indonesia
· Practical experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
· Effective presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to company leadership team (primarily in English language required)
· Effective inter-personal and communication skills to communicate at levels of a company
