About the role

As the Operations F&B Manager at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless operations of the company’s food and beverage division. Based in Jakarta, this full-time position will see you managing a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Utopia’s diverse portfolio of dining establishments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, control costs, and drive revenue growth

  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and budgeting for the F&B division

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and other F&B personnel, providing guidance and support for their professional development

  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards within the F&B operations

  • Ensure All operational SOP are implemented consistently across all outlets

  • SOP Development & KPI

  • New Store Opening Support

  • Operational Excellence

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality or food service industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-unit F&B operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance optimization

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in financial analysis, inventory management, and process improvement techniques

  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
