• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and supporting online sales.
• Creates personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
• Meets customer needs through solution-oriented and forward thinking.
• Creates positive impressions with customer by bringing best self to work through elevated, sophisticated, appropriate business attire consistent with Kate Spade’s guide to style.
• Demonstrates Kate Spade’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
• Influences customers’ purchase decisions by balancing patience and assertiveness.
• Takes ownership and commitment for delivering results; actively aware of personal and store metrics and achieves goals.
• Follows up with customers consistently and genuinely to influence/close the sale.
• Develops product knowledge skills and remains aware of current collections.
• Drives business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining on-going productive relationships with customers.
• Builds lasting and loyal relationships with customers. Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Kate Spade standards.
