About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Grun Resorts in the beautiful location of Badung, Bali. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives, ensuring our employees are engaged, motivated and supported throughout their journey with us.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their people and organisational needs, and develop tailored HR solutions

  • Providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations

  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture, fostering open communication and collaboration among teams

  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement and continuously refine HR policies and processes

  • Serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to employees, offering support and guidance on personal and professional matters

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels

  • Proficient in data analysis and using HR metrics to inform decision-making

  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
