About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corrugator Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Interpak Industries Batam. As Corrugator Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our corrugation production line, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety standards are consistently maintained. This full-time position is based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of the corrugator production team, providing guidance, training and support as needed

2. Monitor the corrugation process to identify and resolve any issues, making adjustments to equipment and procedures as required

3. Ensure all corrugated products meet or exceed quality standards through regular inspections and testing

4. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all employees

5. Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and minimise downtime

6. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed production reporting to management

7. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a corrugation or manufacturing environment

2. Thorough understanding of corrugator machinery, operations and maintenance requirements

3. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team

5. Commitment to upholding high safety and quality standards

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

7. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting production data
