Job Overview :

Supervise and control related to admin and document control, process management and audit, inspection, coordination, and engineering safety to admin & document control, so that engineering meets company standards and supports the company’s needs

Job Description :

• Check the work that has been achieved to ensure alignment between the work completed with the scope of the project and check the engineering construction quality with all department related to submit documents to ensure accordance between actual and plan
• Monitoring process of administration & document control item inspect and back up all CCM Dept. document to ensure neatly arranged according to needs and types
• Review construction site to ensure project cooperation with the vendor accordance with standard
• Monitoring input process of the construction progress, such as form site cleaning, security issues, construction abnormal, and construction progress of the day to ensure the document neatly arranged
• Organize budgets and project resources to ensure suit with company planning
• Monitor PO issuance, so that the vendor can provide a work contract
• Ensure the team provide proof of payment transfer from the Finance Department and share it to the vendor
• Update project journals based on ongoing projects
• Make a budgeting of projects that are running, already running, and plan
• Monitoring the implementation of vendor bidding for new projects and coordinate with CCM Lead and Finance Dept. to determine which vendors will be selected to work on the project
• Controlling the spending budget (stationary, payment budget, IT equipment, project budget.) to ensure suit with company planning
• Organize and coordinate related monthly FIT to the Group regarding projects that will be/have been running, to record and determine fixed assets or not
• Evaluate performance of one’s team, in order to keep high working performance
• Keep high confidentiality of all company data/ information, as part of Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Requirements :

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Any Major
• Have at least 3 years working experience in the same
• Required language: Fluent in English and Mandarin language
• Knowledge’s and Skills of 
• Supervise construction project site and quality project
• Knowledge about how to communicate and manage document between contractor and CCM Dept. and other related documents
• Knowledge to make project of admin & document control and SNI standard
• Payment System, SAP System, Booking Room System, Custom Machine
• Controlling project site
• Microsoft Office
• Integrity and behavior of Communicate effectively, Drives engagement and Delivers quality
• Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
