RESPONBILITIES :

• Conduct audit assignment of Head Office which already planned in yearly audit plan as assigned.
• Take active roles in conducting timely and quality delivery of the implementation of all audit plans throughout the year by delivering the audit result on timely risks.
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement including review, and amend as necessary, the testing programmes prepared by the Auditors.
• Assist higher level within IAU Dept. on internal control and participates in enhancing internal audit standards and practice within PT Panin Dai-ichi Life.
• Document the results of audit work properly based on standards.
• To provide appropriate and quality audit recommendations as part of audit report on timely basis.
•  Assist in the preparation of timely, quality and transparent reports to the BOD/Board Committees.
• Monitor the audit recommendation implementation to make sure it can be implemented properly within the timeline.
• Establish proper and clear communication with Management and the Business to promote control awareness to improve proper internal control system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor and/or Master Degree from reputable University. Major: Accounting, Economy/Business.
• At least 4+ years as internal auditor in Life Insurance Company/Financial Service Company.
• Professional Qualifications: LOMA or other audit certification (Preferably).
• Has strong background in life Insurance and financial industry.
• Good analytic and critical thinking in order to have sceptism in conducting risk assessment during audit/ review process to effectively identify audit issues and have track record in producing value adding and commercially realistic recommendations in risk, consultancy or internal audit environment.
• Good understanding on the local regulation (OJK and other related supervision) and audit profession standard.
• Positive interpersonal skill who is also a good team player.
• Effective communication skill with ability to deal with people at all level and background.
• Good time management skill with independent and with minimum supervision, have analytical thinking and positive mind.
• Good repost writing skill.
