Job Description:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Performing regular maintenance on automation systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. Diagnosing and repairing faults or malfunctions in the hardware and can work at heights

  • Testing and Calibration: Conducting tests and calibrations to verify that automation systems meet performance specifications and standards. Ensuring that all components are functioning correctly.

  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades. Preparing reports and documentation for clients and internal use.

  • Training: Providing training to clients’ staff on the operation and maintenance of automation systems. Ensuring that users are knowledgeable about the systems and can operate them safely and effectively.

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. Conducting safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Understanding their needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided.

Experience Requirement:

  • Technical Expertise : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical & hardware development. knowledge of automation hardware, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), sensors, and actuators.

  • Troubleshooting: Problem- solving skills to diagnose and repair hardware issues.

  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manual.

  • Tools: Experience in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers, hardware tools, strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.

  • Attitude & Capability: Honest, highly discipline, well organized and Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills

Education Requirement:

High School, Diploma 3, Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics
