About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Happiness Associates who care deeply about people and want to grow with us.
You’ll be the voice and heart of our brand — supporting moms, solving real problems, and ensuring that every MooMoo experience feels warm, reliable, and genuine.

This is not an “easy internship.”
It’s a long-term track where you’ll learn how to build trust, manage customer experience, and use data, tools, and empathy to improve how we serve our users — every day.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Handle order issues, delivery tracking, product questions, and after-sales support.

• Communicate in a warm, respectful, and brand-aligned tone.

• Track and summarize customer feedback to help improve our service and product quality.

• Support community engagement and product review follow-ups.

• Use AI tools, CRM systems, and structured workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

• Work closely with fulfillment and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Empathetic, calm, and responsible — you care about solving problems, not avoiding them.

• Detail-oriented and organized; you take pride in doing things right.

• Strong communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Curious about how brands build trust and grow loyal communities.

• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Sheets, ChatGPT, CRM, etc.).

• A fast learner who adapts quickly and enjoys structured improvement.

• Preferably from communications, psychology, marketing, or business majors.

• Available at least 5 days per week — ideally full attendance, same daily hours as full-time staff

• Minimum commitment: 6 months.
