Butuh cepat!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Spinning Production Assistant Manager di kantor Aditya Birla Yarn untuk domisili Bekasi, Karawang & Purwakarta atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Manufaktur serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Textile.
Required language(s): English
At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the Spinning Company.
Required Skill(s): Pre-Spinning Process (Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, Simplex), Spinning Process (Ring Frame), Post-Spinning Process (Winding, TFO, Cheese & Open-End) is a must

Job Purpose

To carry out supervision that operators work as per procedure, and to achieve target production by maintaining quality in all shift

To maintain good house keeping
Discipline in the entire department
To control the operation activity
Monitoring the shift performance

Job Description

Production

To change the lot/ count change with in standard time
To change the materials as per production program
To support the department, manage to achieved productivity & VAP in the department

Product Quality

To achieve product quality as per ABY norms
To segregate inferior quality material
To maintain colour coding as per product

Manpower

To maintain the discipline
To monitors the working performance of each person

Product Processing

To ensure that different product mix are processed as per colour code system laid down

Reporting the problem

To report any machine problem to the technical Manager

Workers Development

To ensure that workers trained
