 Job Description

Participate in IT Support and Maintenance

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Provide timely technical assistance and support to users.

• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.

• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive manual book for IT-related procedures and troubleshooting.

• Assist in training users to ensure efficient use of IT systems and software.

 Support internal improvements

• Propose and implement new IT solutions to enhance company productivity.

• Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

• Keep up with the latest IT industry trends and technologies.

Collaborate closely with internal teams

• Work closely with developers, support teams, and consultants.

• Provide technical training and guidance to internal teams and end-users.

• Document troubleshooting processes and create user guides.

What You’ll Learn

Requirements

Years of experience

• No official employment experience is required.

• Experience in any official / unofficial projects are preferred.

Skills set:

• Logical thinking and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with SQL (for troubleshooting and reporting purposes) is preferred.

• Basic knowledge about Python and Odoo is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

• A people person who enjoys interacting with users and providing excellent customer service.
