Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The role focuses on business development and marketing for interior and façade projects within the construction and fit-out industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.

  • Identify new business opportunities for interior and façade works.

  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations.

  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Support marketing strategy and brand awareness in Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing for interior or façade projects, preferably in main contractor or developer companies.

  • Strong network in the construction and interior industry.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields preferred.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and result-driven.
