JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Logistic Executive at Indonesia AirAsia, responsible for managing the import and export of aircraft spare parts via air and sea freight. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment and clearance. Prepare tenders, reports, SOPs, and support tax exemption processes. Ensure compliance with regulations while streamlining procedures for efficient and timely operations.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
-
Administer and conduct all import and export processes of Aircraft spare parts by air freight or Sea Freight shipment, and supervise the delivery of aircraft spare parts.

Prepare an annual tender for the Custom Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Company.
-
Perform all internal and external audits and perform required prior disclosures for all processes, and supervise the efficient working of all external agents, such as Freight Forwarders and Custom Brokers.

Monitor the implementation of all department operations and ensure compliance with all regulations for the department and subsidiaries, and adhere to all standards for import and export aircraft spare parts, and establish all targets and streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations.

Prepare the required report and ensure accuracy in a timely manner.

Support the Tax department regarding the preparation of the Tax exemption for aircraft spare parts.

Prepare and review the Standard Operating Procedure and the working instructions of the Export-Import Procedure.

Coordinate with Air Asia overseas or supplier and Freight Forwarder regarding export-import arrangement, shipment, procedure, and regulations.

Coordinate with relevant partie,s both internal and/or external, to ensure a smooth process in customs clearance.

At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role

Having experience in the aviation industry (supply chain/logistics) would be an advantage; or having exposure to Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain / Logistics, and Customs Brokerage
