Job Description

The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and instant messaging, creating and dispatching service work orders, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and follow-up to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction & Support

    • Answer inbound after-sales service calls and instant messages promptly.

    • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.

  2. Work Order Management

    • Document customer issues and create detailed work orders.

    • Assign work orders to the appropriate service personnel within 5 minutes of call completion.

  3. Follow-Up & Compliance

    • Track work order progress and confirm resolution with customers.

    • Maintain a 100% follow-up rate to ensure customer satisfaction.

  4. Performance Metrics

    • Achieve a ≥95% one-time call connection rate.

    • Adhere strictly to SLA timelines for work order creation and follow-up.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or after-sales support.

  • Ability to handle phone, IM, and work order systems simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Documentation Required:

  • Submit an updated resume and training records for verification prior to onboarding.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
