Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Manager di tempat usaha PT Universal Indofood Product untuk kota/kab Medan Deli & Sumatera Utara dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Produksi, Perencanaan & Penjadwalan (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute production plans based on schedules provided by PPIC to ensure timely and accurate output.

  2. Supervise and control all production processes and results to meet production targets and quality standards.

  3. Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and measuring instruments to ensure optimal product quality.

  4. Ensure the correct and efficient use of all raw and auxiliary materials from start to finish in accordance with system and regulatory requirements.

  5. Analyze and evaluate production performance to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and resource utilization.

  6. Maximize process analysis and implement actions to minimize waste (WASTE) and production losses.

  7. Actively coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth production flow.

  8. Ensure all operations comply with HACCP, SJH, ISO 22000, and other applicable food safety and quality management systems.

  9. Manage and develop a large production team of approximately 700 employees through strong leadership, coaching, and motivation.

  10. Monitor and control production costs, prepare periodic performance reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial, Mechanical & Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  2. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in biscuit production.

  3. Proven experience in managing large production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  4. Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and food safety systems (HACCP, SJH, ISO 22000).

  5. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
