Job Overview

The QC In Process Control Staff is responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during the production process to ensure all outputs meet the company’s standards and regulatory requirements (GMP, HACCP, and Good Laboratory Practice principles).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum D3 in Chemical Analyst, Food Technology, or Chemistry

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably with internship experience on relevant position)

  • Strong understanding of Statistic Process Control (SPC) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

  • Familiar with GMP and HACCP implementation

  • Proficient in problem solving and good communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, objective, and able to work effectively in a team

  • Willing to work in a shift-based schedule

  • Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory

Routine Activities

  1. Conduct sampling and analysis according to the established Quality Plan.

  2. Prepare and maintain trend analysis reports and supporting quality data.

  3. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and quality standards.

  4. Perform Root Cause (RC) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) analysis when abnormalities occur.

  5. Conduct investigation and analysis related to product complaints.

  6. Monitor and control reagent stock to ensure availability and proper use in analysis activities.
