Summary:

Financial Controller will lead all financial and accounting activities within the Country. He/She will be responsible for the whole planning and budgeting role and provide business forecast as accurate as possible for business leaders to see the picture for further action planning. He/She will report directly to Regional Finance Leader and have local team which covers but not limited to AR/AP, GL, Tax.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience, with CA certification (is a must)
• Minimum 10 year experience with last 3 years on Finance Controller role.
• Proven track record in leading financial and reporting role
• Strong leadership, people management, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Impeccable interpersonal and people skills
• Possesses strong written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to drive performance through others, supporting colleagues in pursuit of the team goal and ensuring focus on deliverable
• Strong business partnering skills
• Proficiency in English language both spoken and written
• Willing to work on normal office environment, with some occasion to attend any Financial Government institution invitation

Responsibilities:

• Manages the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems.
• Provides financial analyses of operations for guidance of management, and prepares reports that outline the facility’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and future operations. 
• Oversees preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Supervise and lead the accounting operations and analysis for projects, programs or transactions.
• Producing financial documents such as (but not limited to) financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance.
• Creating a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and/or international financial reporting standards.
• Provide financial status updates to stakeholders as necessary.
• Develop annual budget with other department with good analyzing financial forecast
• Provide new accounting role and procedures such as Delegation of Authorization and Management Information System
