Segera dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi F&B Purchasing Specialist di kantor Nirvana Life Bali untuk kota/kab Badung & Bali atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Pembelian, Pengadaan & Inventaris (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Summary:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all food and beverage sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing operations meet the company’s standards for quality, cost efficiency, and consistency.

As part of our restructuring within the F&B division, this position is designed to provide dedicated focus on procurement cycles, supporting our culinary and operations teams in maintaining smooth supply chains, minimizing waste, and upholding strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Negotiation

  • Lead sourcing, selection, and negotiation with both local and international F&B suppliers.

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistency in product quality and delivery performance.

  • Negotiate favorable terms that balance cost, quality, and reliability.

Quality Control Compliance

  • Verify that all incoming raw materials meet company specifications, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Ensure compliance with temperature, grading, and lab testing requirements before items are accepted into inventory.

  • Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Quality Control teams to maintain product integrity.

Inventory & Waste Minimization

  • Manage purchasing cycles and Par Stock levels to minimize spoilage and shortages.

  • Monitor usage trends to forecast demand accurately and optimize stock replenishment.

  • Coordinate with the F&B and Operations departments to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Cost Analysis & Reporting

  • Track commodity market trends and monitor weekly Price vs. Actual (P&A) reports.
    Identify and report cost-saving opportunities to control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

  • Prepare periodic purchasing summaries and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B Purchasing or Sourcing within high-volume restaurants, 5-star hotels, or hospitality environments (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of food and beverage categories, vendor pricing, and quality benchmarks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Basic analytical ability in monitoring cost trends and supplier performance.

  • Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
