We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Franchise Sales) & Brand Marketing Executive (B2C Marketing Strategy) for both Makassar & Manado to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for franchisees and prospective franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company standards while supporting growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for guiding franchisees through onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement, while also managing inbound franchise sales leads and communications. This is a unique opportunity to blend relationship management, operational support, and sales strategy in a fast-paced franchise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchisee Support & Compliance – Guide franchisees in understanding franchise agreements and ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

  • Training & Development – Provide continuous coaching, training, and onboarding programs to enhance franchisee performance.

  • Brand Marketing & Visibility – Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence across all franchise markets.

  • Local Marketing Support – Assist franchisees in developing localized marketing initiatives aligned with the brand’s overall identity and promotional strategy

  • Business Development & Lead Management – Manage franchise sales leads, facilitate communication with prospects, and oversee CRM tracking and follow-ups.

  • Market & Relationship Management – Conduct market research, manage franchise territories, represent the company in industry events, and maintain strong franchise relations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Associate or similar marketing-related role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
