Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Assembly Production Supervisor di perusahaan PT Talenta Guna Nusantara untuk daerah Jawa Barat serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Teknik & Mekanikal serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Desc:

  • Know and understand production Kanban system
  • Understand the Toyota Production System
  • Minimum 3 years experience in assembly field
  • Understand Hyoujunka, work procedures, able to do education and efficiency
  • Supervise and manage work in the assembly section
  • Having a high work ethic, tenacious, skilled, creative and broad-minded.
  • Having kaizen skills or improvement in all matters
  • Ready to work in a team

Requirements:

  • D3/S1 with any major from reputable university
  • Understand and able to implement the Toyota Production System (TPS)
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field (Assembly)     
  • Able to speak English or Japanese is preferable
  • Able to make manpower plan and production management
  • Able to manage the work of subordinates & the existence of manpower
  • Supervise the work of subordinates in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Report abnormal occurrences to management (Bad News First)
  • Able to find abnormal conditions and observe the work of subordinates
  • Comply with the established process standards Be responsible for problems that occur
  • Good communication, team work, highly motivated, and fast learner
  • Computer literate for Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel)
