Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Digital Technology Manager di tempat usaha Swiss German University Asia (SGU) untuk kota/kab Banten dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Responsible for analyzing business processes and implementation of technology for the University’s digital strategy, including software development and implementation, data management, and user experience. 
  2. Business Process Analyst Role:Analyzing business processes: responsible for analyzing the current business processes of an organization, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
  3. Developing process models & improvements that illustrate the current and proposed processes and opportunities for improvements, including data flow, process flow, and decision points.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders: collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, managers, and employees, to understand business needs and requirements.
  5. Monitoring and reporting on process technology usage, to ensure best practice and proper usage and utilization by users, and identify areas for improvements. Training employees on new processes improvement and procedures that is enhanced by technology and provides ongoing support as needed.
  6. Project Management Role: Implementing digitalization strategies that align with the University’s overall KPI, business goals and processes. This includes identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes that can help the Univeristy achieve its objectives.
  7. Responsible for managing software development teams and ensuring that they deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. This includes setting project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring that software is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards.
  8. Developing framework and procedures for data management, including data storage, retrieval, and analysis. This includes ensuring that data is properly documented, protected, and secure in the light of security threats
  9. Improving user experience: responsible for ensuring that the University’s digital products and services, and any related operational technology are user-friendly and meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. This includes conducting user research, gathering feedback, and making improvements to digital products and services based on customer input.

Key Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5-10 years experience in related job role, or S2 preferred. 

Majoring in Information Technology or Management information systems, or other engineering or business major, provided that the working experience is relevant

Skills requirement:

  1. Analytical skills: excellent analytical skills to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  2. Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, is crucial for a Business Process Analyst as they need to collaborate with different stakeholders, including business users, developers, and management.
  3. Process mapping and modeling: Knowledge and experience with process mapping and modeling techniques such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and BPMN is essential for a Business Process Analyst.
  4. Technical skills: have basic technical skills, including database querying and programming, to understand and work with technical requirements.
  5. Project management: The ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams is also a key qualification for a Business Process Analyst.
  6. Problem-solving: have a problem-solving mindset to identify and analyze complex business problems and come up with innovative solutions.
  7. Domain expertise: Knowledge and experience in the specific domain or industry they work for, is also an advantage.
