Job Description – Finance (F&B Retail)

Position: Finance & Accounting Executive

Le Louvre Patisserie are viennoiserie, boulangerie, pastry and bakery shop located in Kemang, South Jakarta, that captivates the senses with its exquisite fusion of European finesse and the vibrant flavors of Indonesia. Inspired by the elegance of the Louvre Museum and the rich culinary heritage of the archipelago, we have embarked on a journey to redefine the art of pastry in Jakarta.

We are looking for a analytical and experienced finance, accounting & tax specialize in F&B retail to join our team! As a Finance & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned.

Key Capabilities

  1. Financial Management

    • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow in a retail/F&B environment.

    • Experience with daily sales reconciliation, petty cash, and POS integration.

    • Budgeting & forecasting for outlets and central kitchen.

    • Mandatory understand Financial Forecasting for F&B Sector.

  2. Operational Finance

    • Managing supplier invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.

    • Handling payroll, tax compliance (PPN, PPh21, etc.), and government reporting.

    • Ensuring timely financial closing (weekly/monthly).

  3. Analytical & Strategic Thinking

    • Providing management with profitability insights per outlet/product.

    • Supporting decision-making for new menu pricing, promotions, and investments.

    • ROI analysis for marketing campaigns and new store openings.

  4. System & Process Skills

    • Proficiency in POS systems, accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, SAP Business One).

    • Creating financial SOPs (inventory audit, cashier reconciliation, expense approval).

    • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets for dashboards & reports.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Financial Operations

    • Record and reconcile daily sales from POS and cashiers.

    • Manage supplier payments, invoices, and petty cash flow.

    • Oversee payroll preparation and employee reimbursement.

  2. Budgeting & Reporting

    • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance).

    • Monitor COGS, labor cost, and OPEX against budget.

    • Provide financial projections for expansion or new outlets.

  3. Compliance & Audit

    • Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation and labor regulations.

    • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.

    • Maintain financial SOPs and ensure cash handling discipline.

  4. Business Partnering

    • Support management in pricing strategy and promo evaluation.

    • Analyze sales trends and customer purchase behavior for profitability.

    • Provide ROI & BEP analysis for marketing campaigns and capex projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 3–5 years experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in F&B or Retail.

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Management, POS reconciliation, and taxation.

  • Detail-oriented, high integrity, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, accounting software, and POS back-end.

  • Manage financial records and reports

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
