• This role is responsible for creating and maintaining all HSE administrative documentation, including safety plans, inspection checklists, incident logs, and reporting formats.
• They ensure timely collection, review, and control of HSE data from contractors and site teams, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and coordinate documentation for audits and stakeholder reporting.
• This role supports continuous improvement by analyzing safety trends and recommending updates to administrative processes, contributing to a well-organized and compliant safety management system throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Review contractor’s project and safety plan

2. Coordinate and review contractor’s safety plan, Permit request & All HSE related document.

3. Weekly safety observation report

4. safety site walks

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, HSE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site-based project.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulation and implementation to project.
• Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
