Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee a team of ATV tour guides, providing training, guidance and support to ensure they deliver engaging and safe experiences for guests.

  • Monitor ATV tours to maintain safety and quality standards, intervening as needed to address any issues or concerns.

  • Coordinate tour schedules, guide assignments and equipment allocation to optimise efficiency and utilisation.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to maintain and service the ATV fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.

  • Liaise with customers to address any feedback or complaints, and implement continuous improvements to enhance the tour experience.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols, training programs and operational procedures.

  • Support the broader team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the Cretya Sunset & Alasan Adventure by Alas Harum’ portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience (3+ years) as an ATV tour guide or in a similar outdoor adventure/tourism role.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining ATVs, with a deep understanding of safety protocols.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members.

  • A passion for adventure tourism and a commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
