About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Jambi. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. This full-time position will involve building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

1. Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads to expand our client base

2. Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products and services

3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets

4. Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business

5. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions for our clients

7. Accurately documenting all sales activities and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen focus on achieving targets

4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
