Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Accounting Assistant Manager - FMCG - BSD (C-121737) di tempat usaha RGF HR Agent Indonesia untuk domisili Tangerang & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

About The Company:

  • The working venue is in BSD.

  • Our client is a Japanese FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Accounting Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in financial management for the payment and receipt of funds and financial allocation by conducting checks and reviews for daily, monthly, and annual transactions.

  • Managing the company’s financial balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement, taxation issue & management reporting.

  • Actively involving in budget control, financial planning and analysis.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accrual from advertising and promotion, realization advertising and promotion for the monthly closing accounting report and forecast.

  • Develop and implemented strategies to optimize the advertising and promotion performance of the realization from POV accounting matter.

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecast for overall financial report.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

  • Manage cash flow, including monitoring cash positions forecasting cash requirements, and recommending investment strategies.

  • As an internal control for the Company and liaising with external auditors.

  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

  • Willing to do administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Have min. 5 years of work experience in same position and level, min.3 years as a supervisor in FAT.

  • Have experience working in FMCG.

  • High conversational to Business level of English.

  • Can operate SAP system.

  • Excellent skills (Advance Excel, SAP System, Windows applications).

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy financial reporting.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesia accounting standards and tax regulations.

  • Willing to do administrative task.
