Segera dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Process Test Engineer di tempat usaha PT Siix Electronics Indonesia untuk domisili Batam & Kepulauan Riau serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan adalah Rekayasa Proses (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

We are PT SIIX Electronics Indonesia currently looking for the position of

PROCESS & TEST ENGINEER

Qualification & Experiences:

  1. At least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Prefer Electrical/Electronic Engineering).

  2. At least 3 years of working experience in same field as mentioned below.

  3. Experience in Design for Assembly (DFA) for NPI product.

  4. Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for PCBA.

  5. Experience in using 2D & 3D CAD Software.

  6. Experience in understanding electrical function from schematic diagram.

  7. Experience in using measurement equipment (Example: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measurement Scope, Multimeter & Oscilloscope).

  8. Experience in Data analysis. (Example: MSA, GR&R, CPK, 6 Sigma & X-bar Chart).

  9. Experience in trouble shooting for PCBA & Product failures.

  10. Experience in trouble shooting for test equipment, assembly equipment, jigs & fixtures.

Job Responsibilities (Work with Customer & Supplier):

  1. DFA (Full Assembly) submission & approval.

  2. DFM (PCBA) submission & approval.

  3. Development & qualification for assembly jig & fixtures.

  4. Development & qualification for automation equipment.

  5. Development & qualification for test equipment.

  6. Conduct PCBA & Product failure analysis to identify root cause & propose CAPA.

  7. Improve production yield for PCBA & Product assembly in relation to assembly jigs & fixtures, automation equipment & test equipment.

  8. Manage the ordering & arrangement of spare parts for test equipment & assembly equipment.
