PERSOL APAC is currently assisting one of our clients in IT Outsourcing Company as QC Analyst (Functional or Performance) with the requirement as follows:

Company: IT Outsourcing Company

For Client: Banking Project, WFO Jakarta.

Employment Status: Contract Based.

Working location: South Jakarta

(Willing to join offline interview with estimated date at the end of October 2025)

Documents needed: Ijazah, KTP, Certifications (If Any)

1. QC Analyst (Functional)
   Specifications:

   • Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.

   • Able to understand application development documents and translate them into testing activities based on predefined test scenarios.

   • Proficient in areas related to application and infrastructure testing such as test planning, test case creation, automation testing, functional testing, and regression testing.

   • Possesses at least 3 years of experience as a Functional Tester or Information System Developer.

   • Preferably experienced in using automation testing tools such as Katalon, Postman, Selenium, or IBM Rational Functional Tester.

   • Preferably able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

2. QC Analyst (Performance)
   Specifications:

   • Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.

   • Able to understand application development documents and translate them into testing activities based on predefined test scenarios.

   • Proficient in performance and application testing, including test planning, test case creation, disaster recovery (DR) testing, and performance testing.

   • Possesses at least 3 years of experience as a Performance Tester in application development projects.

   • Experienced in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Neoload, or IBM Rational Performance Tester, and understands general configurations in IT infrastructure.

   • Preferably able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
