About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager Electrical and Instrument to join our team at PT. Pratama Teknik Inti Prima’. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical operations and maintenance at our facility located in Sorong District, Sorong West Papua. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our electrical systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of electrical instrument projects

• Monitor and analyse electrical system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability

• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or Senior Electrical Eng in the project oil and Gas

• Proven track record in leading and managing electrical teams, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices

• Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and software applications

• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
