Job Title – Compounder

Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia

This position reports to the Production Leader and is based at the dsm-firmenich Factory in Cileungsi, West Java. The role is responsible for safely operating and monitoring production equipment, performing weighing and sampling processes, and recording data in SAP and other systems. It includes conducting in-process analysis, labeling materials, maintaining housekeeping standards, and operating forklifts or other material handling equipment. The role requires adherence to safety and GMP procedures, teamwork, and timely reporting of any operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely, following all safety and GMP procedures.
• Record production and logistics data accurately in SAP and other relevant systems.
• Perform weighing, sampling, and in-process analysis, including submitting samples to the QC lab.
• Label raw materials, intermediates, and final products according to site procedures.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and report any operational issues to the Production Leader.

You bring:

• Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year professional experience in the food industry, preferable
• Technical / professional knowledge & skills
• Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
• Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team
