About the role

We are seeking a talented UPS & CCTV Engineer to join our team at PT ASIA MEGATAMA SEJAHTERA’ in Cisauk, Banten. This is a contract role that will involve providing expert technical support and maintenance for our uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our critical infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

1. Performing regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of UPS and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability

2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with UPS and CCTV equipment, and implementing appropriate corrective actions

3. Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for the procurement of parts and the execution of major repairs or upgrades

4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all UPS and CCTV system activities, including maintenance schedules, incident reports, and performance data

5. Providing technical support and training to end-users on the proper operation and care of UPS and CCTV equipment

6. Collaborating with the broader engineering team to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements

What we’re looking for

1. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS and CCTV systems

3. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently

4. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and best practices for the handling and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders

6. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
