About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Specialist based in Lombok who will manage technical operations and infrastructure implementation across two nearby sites. This role suits someone with strong technical capability and a proactive, independent mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement IT infrastructure operations in alignment with HQ standards and modernization plans.

• Support hardware replacement programs and ongoing system improvement projects.

• Maintain network reliability across routers, switches, optical fiber, and Starlink connectivity, providing Level 1–2 network support in coordination with HQ and vendors.

• Perform technical diagnostics, configuration, and system setup for end-user devices and local systems.

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive access, sync, and troubleshooting).

• Coordinate hardware service and warranty processes (e.g., HP) with HQ and vendors.

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle documentation, working closely with the General Affairs (GA) team to ensure transparent and accurate asset tracking.

• Apply Windows configurations, security settings, and role-based access control (RBAC) principles.

• Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and access management standards

• Communicate proactively with HQ, sharing updates, progress, and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.    

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure, systems implementation, or technical operations.

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi configuration, IP PABX, and VoIP.

• Familiar with fiber optic infrastructure and Starlink or satellite-based connectivity.

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and Windows environment management.

• Knowledge of Windows security setup, permissions, and role-based access management.

• Able to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and manage on-site implementation with minimal supervision.

• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Based in Lombok.
