• To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractor’s shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
• To manage the contractor’s team during pre installation, installation and post installation.
• To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
• To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.

• Degree from Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Electrical filed.
• Comprehensive understanding of all MEP-related scope of works as well as other scope which will influence matrix of responsibilities.
• Experience in managing and supervising MEP Project construction works, and some luxury/ high-end residential, commercial or mixed development project experiences.
• Strong communication skill.
