As a Data & Insights Analyst – Senior Associate on the Merchant Growth team, you’ll turn merchant data into clear insights that drive business growth. You’ll dig into trends and merchant spending behavior to uncover opportunities, spot risks, and forecast what’s ahead. Partnering closely with strategy, product, and sales your work will guide critical decisions, accelerate revenue impact, and shape how our merchant business scales.

About the Team

You’ll join Gojek’s Merchant Growth team, a group of problem solvers dedicated to helping merchants succeed and grow on our platform. We work closely with sales, product, data, and marketing to design and scale solutions that improve merchant acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention. We rely on a test-and-learn mindset and deep analytics to identify and scale growth opportunities, from driving adoption of new products to optimizing merchant performance and revenue. Our work has a direct impact on the success of our merchants, the satisfaction of our users, and the overall growth of Gojek’s ecosystem. It’s an exciting space where your contributions will shape the future of how merchants thrive with Gojek and drive measurable business impact.
