Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As Risk Underwriting Technology Analyst, you would have the opportunity to play a critical role in helping businesses and organizations make informed decisions that can have a significant impact, evaluating and assessing potential risks associated with loan applications. The primary objective of this role is to implement strategy into the decision engine and ensuring that all underwriting decisions are based on sound analysis, judgment and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the process of the Business and Risk Perspective to develop FICO Blaze decision engine.
  • Code and test the FICO Blaze decision engine, ensuring that it is accurate, efficient, and scalable.
  • Documenting the design, development, and implementation of the decision engine, providing clear instructions for future maintenance and updates.
  • Monitor the performance of the decision engine and make updates as necessary to ensure that it continues to meet the risk and business requirement.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Involve a mix of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver an effective decision engine solution.

We welcome for talents with these requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or Finance preferred
  • Open for fresh graduate with several exposures working experiences similar as Data Analyst, MIS, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI are required
  • Experienced or understand for the finance industry, underwriting processes, and risk assessment methods will be an added value for experienced candidate
  • Strong logical, analytical and detail oriented, includes the ability to identify and analyse complex data sets, and derive insights and actionable recommendations
  • Good ability to identify and solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • Open and eager with new IT/Risk technologies
  • Open and adaptable to work in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in English due the role will require interaction with multiple stakeholders
