Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Teknik – Perangkat Keras (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 7.100.000.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and communicative Hardware Specialist to support the on-site implementation and operational reliability of our smart fleet technologies, including GPS devices and MDVR systems.

This role requires not only a strong technical mindset, but also excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to ensure every project milestone is delivered, communicated, and aligned with operational goals.

As part of our Field R&D Team, you will act as the bridge between system design and real-world deployment. Your ability to coordinate effectively, present technical issues clearly, and deliver solutions will be critical to achieving consistent and measurable results in the field.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related technical field.

  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; capable of engaging diverse stakeholders across functions.

  • Confidence in presenting updates, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Logical thinking and structured problem-solving approach to field-level hardware troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of telematics systems operation, including GPS and MDVR technologies.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering reliable, well-documented progress.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth installation, monitoring, and maintenance of telematics and MDVR systems.

  • Communicate progress updates, field issues, and troubleshooting outcomes in a structured and professional manner, both verbally and through reporting.

  • Perform first-level diagnostics on hardware issues using a logical, methodical approach.

  • Translate technical observations into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of deployment status, issue logs, and system behavior.

  • Contribute solution-oriented feedback that supports continuous digital improvement.


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience supporting hardware deployment or installation projects in the field.

  • Familiarity with telematics or video-based fleet monitoring systems.

  • Experience preparing progress reports, briefs, or technical presentations.

  • Good command of English, written and spoken, for technical communication.

  • A mindset geared toward digital innovation and continuous operational improvement.
