About the Role
Become our Office Resume Writer and join the dynamic team at MAVEN’. In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for interviewing domestic helpers and crafting professional resumes (biodatas) that highlight their skills and experiences for potential employers.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Conduct structured interviews with domestic helpers to gather accurate information about their background, skills, and work experience.

2. Write clear, professional, and persuasive resumes/biodatas tailored to each helper’s unique strengths.

3. Ensure all resumes are accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with employer requirements.

4. Maintain and update an internal database of helper profiles.

5. Collaborate with placement consultants to understand employer needs and match them with suitable candidates.

6. Stay updated with resume writing best practices to continuously improve the quality of biodatas.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in resume writing, content writing, or a related field (experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage).

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present candidates’ experiences clearly.

3. Excellent interviewing and listening skills to gather accurate details from candidates.

4. High attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

6. Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
