Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SENIOR SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER di perusahaan PT PCI Elektronik Internasional untuk domisili Batam & Kepulauan Riau serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjaminan & Kontrol Mutu (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Qualifications        :

  • Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechatronics or similar

  • 5-8years relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Software

  • Preferably multilingual (English, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Chinese)

  • Preferably with auditor training, certification, knowledge and/or experience

  • Preferably with statistical background and lean/six sigma training, certification, knowledge and/or experience

  • Preferably with background and/or experience in the metal part and/or plastic part Industries

Special Skills / Knowledge:

  • Awareness (minimum), training (preferred), and/or certification (preferred) on QMS
    standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA,
    AIAG, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, UL, NEMA, etc.)

Job Description     :

  • Conduct Supplier Selection (SSAC) audits, Quality Management System (QMS) audits, process reviews, environmental audits, compliance reviews of PCI suppliers

  • Promptly communicate, drive, analyse, and resolve material quality and supplier issues related to PCI mechanical and electromechanical suppliers

  • Monitor, develop and improve the quality performance of PCI mechanical and electromechanical suppliers

  • Work closely with QA, IQC, IPQC, OQC, and various PCI internal functions related to material and supplier concerns on mechanical and
    electromechanical suppliers in a timely, efficient and effective manner

  • Compile regular and ad hoc supplier quality performance reports for internal and external parties (customers, suppliers, auditors, etc.)
