About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Follow Up professional to join our team at PT Laju Paramita Lestari, a leading Retail & Consumer Products company based in Bandung, West Java. As a Follow Up specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our merchandising initiatives and driving the success of our product offerings. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

1. Coordinating and following up on the implementation of merchandising activities across various retail outlets

2. Monitoring stock levels, product placement, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal in-store presence

3. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and address any issues or challenges related to product availability and visibility

4. Providing regular reports and updates on the performance of merchandising initiatives

5. Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our merchandising strategies

6. Maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders

7. Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role

2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders

4. Familiarity with retail merchandising best practices and a keen eye for detail

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

6. A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
