About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Head of Administration to join our team at yuni bersaudara sejahtera’, a leading company in Riau. What you’ll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective administrative processes and systems to support project teams

  2. Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and project requirements are fulfilled

  3. Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records

  4. Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient administrative practices

  6. Supervise and mentor the administrative support staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources

  7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a project administration or office management role, preferably in the Manajemen Perkantoran industry

  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  4. Proficient in office software applications, such as MS Office suite, and experience in implementing administrative systems and procedures

  5. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and demonstrated leadership skills in supervising administrative staff

  6. Adaptable and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and drive process improvements
