Butuh cepat. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HVAC Design Engineer di tempat usaha PT. Seaquest Engineering untuk daerah Batam Kota & Kepulauan Riau atau sekitarnya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and review HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for onshore and offshore facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, or FPSO platforms.

  • Perform heat load calculations, ducting design, and equipment sizing in compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, API, etc.).

  • Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, and engineering drawings for HVAC equipment.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and vendor document reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and project-specific requirements.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, and instrumentation).

  • Provide technical support during procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning stages

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

  • +10 years of experience in HVAC design engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.

  • Strong knowledge of international HVAC codes and standards (ASHRAE, API, ISO, NFPA, etc.).

  • Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools (HAP, Carrier, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

  • Familiarity with hazardous area classifications, explosion-proof design, and HVAC requirements.

  • Experience with vendor interface and reviewing technical submissions.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with offshore platforms, LNG plants, FPSOs, or refineries.

  • Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency optimization.

  • Certification in HVAC (e.g., ASHRAE membership) is an advantage
