About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PT Dynacast Indonesia (Batam). As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production equipment and facilities. This full-time position is based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

What you’ll be doing

1. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facilities

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems, and implement appropriate solutions

3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential problems

4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance

5. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations

6. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems

7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role

2. Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

3. Responsibility and understanding about compressors and dryers

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve complex problems

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
