About the role

PT SEC Indo Industrial is a subsidiary of SEC Accessories Ltd (sec-acc.com), a global heat transfer expert serving over 200 Leading Fashion Brands Worldwide. Now we are opening a new factory which is located in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Central Java, and seeking a talented and experienced professional in sublimation printing and logo printing for garment application using various Techniques (Screen Printing and Heat Transfer Printing). This is a full-time position in which you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our textile printing operations, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the Production Department to produce Screen Printing Products or Sublimation Fabric Printing.

• Understanding mixing colors, screen making, and long manual table printing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the printing process.

• Develop and implement printing techniques and processes to improve efficiency and output

• Train and supervise the printing team to ensure they are working to the required standards

• Collaborate with the development team to deliver on client requirements

• Ensure all printing activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to management

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in sublimation printing (polyester) and Screen Printing (Sablon).

• Comprehensive knowledge of textile printing techniques, equipment, and materials

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues quickly

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide effective training and supervision

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the textile industry

• Proficient in using relevant software and technology for textile printing operations
