Skill yang kita inginkan adalah Manajemen – Toko (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 6.100.000.

Job responsibilities:
1. New store development and site selection
● According to the company’s expansion strategy, investigate the target regional market (consumption habits, competing products distribution, rent level, etc.), and output the site selection analysis report and risk assessment.
● Negotiate lease terms with real estate agents and shopping malls, sign contracts and coordinate decoration construction (such as supervising the construction period and accepting hardware facilities).
2. Team building and training
● Participate in the selection interview of shop assistants (cooperate with HR to screen candidates), and lead the final position and employment decision of new store employees.
● Make a new store employee training plan (product knowledge, service process, sales skills) to ensure that the team meets the standards before opening.
3. Opening preparation and operation start-up
● Coordinate purchasing, brand and other departments to complete the display of goods and the implementation of opening activities (such as promotion plan and customer diversion).
● Establish SOP (inventory management, hygiene standards, customer service process) for new store operation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
4. Store management
● Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and decompose them into individuals, supervise the completion progress, and analyze business data (such as passenger flow and unsalable products) regularly.
● Control the loss rate and operating costs (such as water, electricity and manpower) and optimize the profit rate.
● Handle customer complaints and emergencies (such as security incidents and supply chain interruption) and maintain brand image.
5. Cross-sectoral collaboration
● Cooperate with Marketing Department to plan regional marketing activities, and cooperate with Finance Department to complete budget control and revenue accounting.
Job Qualification:
Educational background:
● College degree or above, major in business management, marketing and retail is preferred;
Experience requirements:
● More than 2 Years experience in store management in chain industry, and those who have successfully led the opening of new stores are preferred.
● Familiar with the local market and the negotiation process of commercial contracts.
Competency requirements:
● Market analysis: able to quickly judge the potential and competitive risk of the business circle.
● Team management: Good at interview evaluation, employee motivation and performance improvement.
● Execution: adapt to high-intensity work, solve renovation delay and implement the latest policies issued by the headquarter
● Language: Proficient in written and spoken English.
● Data analysis: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data.
